A Pasta Party


Warning: This Recipe(?) is by no means paleo-friendly. This past weekend, I had a bit of a mishap. Friday was so busy at work that I didn't have time to eat soooo by the time I got home from work, I was A BIT hungry. I was ambitious though and decided I wanted to make pasta with my favorite pesto that Mr. Bennett brought me back from Madison a few weeks back.

However, after a mishap with the shrimp, I had myself way too much pasta and the take out menu from Crisp out on the counter and delivery on its way. Anddddd a whole lot of unused and cooked pasta. Shelby and I decided to make a whole lot of pasta salads.

Three to be exact.

Greek Orzo Pasta Salad


Ingredients:
Orzo
Sliced Olives
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Feta Cheese
Oregano
Salt & Pepper
Yasou Greek Dressing


Barb Holstein's Famous Pasta Salad


Ingredients:
Penne
Edamame
Cheddar Cheese
Sliced Olives
Light Italian Dressing

Pasta Salad a la Herb aka TBM


Ingredients:
Herb, Shelby's son basil plant
Tomato
Fresh Mozzarella
Salt & Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
