*when I say shopping I mean for non-essentials: food and meals, necessities, etc. were purchased.
And I have to admit, after the first few days of desperate withdrawal, it wasn't that bad, nor that hard.
And it made me think: about what I wear/use most often, what I'm actually missing and what I really want.
And I'm happy to report that it's been a whole 6 days and I haven't taken the plunge yet, even resisted a J.Crew Sale.
But when I do feel the urge again, I have a feeling it will be a bit different.
+ There's really nothing that I need
+ As always, I'm a sucker for shoes.
+ I'm a sucker for online deal sites: Joss & Main, Gilt, One Kings Lane.
+ These days I'm really being drawn more to home good than clothing and accessories: The entire Peakaboo Collection from CB2, The Array Bookcase, The White Parsons Tower, Aerin's White Charleton Table Lamp, This 152 Insights Into My Soul Print, One of these awesome campaign dressers, Clarks All Purpose Lighting, C.Wonder's Navy Ikat Dinnerware, The Jonathan Adler/SOUL Cycle Grapefruit Candle, All the light fixtures Sherry & John are using in their showhouse: Especially this guy and this guy, This Souk Rug via West Elm and Jayson's Gold Wishbone and Athena Tray, to name a few :)
